AI Policy

AI prepares reviewable drafts. The system is assistive by design, and review remains part of the workflow.

At a glance

Lungeable may use AI-assisted features to generate summaries, suggestions, draft adjustments, and other reviewable coaching support. These features are designed to assist decision-making, not replace it.

What data may be sent to AI providers

Some Lungeable features may send relevant training, schedule, Weekly Report, and related coaching context to AI providers, including OpenAI where enabled, in order to generate summaries, suggestions, or draft adjustments. We aim to limit those inputs to what is necessary for the feature to function.

Current provider names and high-level purposes are listed on our Subprocessors page.

Guided, coach-managed, and tracking-only contexts

In coach-managed use, AI is assistive. Coaches remain responsible for final decisions. In review-only or outside-plan contexts, AI suggestions do not silently replace the primary plan. If the product is tracking an outside plan, that outside plan stays primary.

Human review remains required

AI outputs are proposals. They may be reviewed, edited, rejected, or accepted through the product workflow. Lungeable is not autopilot programming.
