At a glance

Lungeable is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, physical therapy, or return-to-play clearance.

Training is inherently risky

Strength and conditioning carries inherent risk. You are responsible for deciding whether to participate, for using appropriate judgment and supervision, and for obtaining qualified medical evaluation when needed.

Coach responsibility

Coaches are responsible for programming decisions, client screening, and operating within their scope of practice and applicable laws. Lungeable may assist with drafting suggestions, but it does not replace professional judgment.

Pain, injury, and restriction notes

Pain notes, injury flags, restrictions, and related context are used only to help organize training decisions and coaching communication. Constraint logic and AI-assisted suggestions can miss relevant context, and they do not replace clinical evaluation or treatment.

Post-injury and return-from-time-off use

Lungeable may be used to organize training around a return from time off, pain-aware modifications, or post-injury coaching context, but it still does not provide rehabilitation, medical oversight, physical therapy, or return-to-play clearance.

AI-assisted outputs

Some features use AI to draft text or suggestions. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a specific individual and should not be relied on as medical advice or as the only basis for a safety decision. See the AI Policy.

Not an emergency service

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency or need medical clearance, seek a qualified medical professional immediately.
